If you desire a visit from a pastor, the visitation team, or would like to be listed for prayer support, you need to inform the hospital that you want to be listed in their directory of patients and/or have information about your hospitalization and basic condition released to Pathway Community Church. Also, please have someone call the church at 469-4444 and let us know you have been hospitalized.

We have a Pastor On Call who is available for crisis needs and for those needing immediate spiritual assistance. To reach our Pastor On Call, call the church office at 260-469-4444. If no one is available to take your call, an alternate phone number will be provided for you.
