This campaign has a few elements that will contribute to the ripple effect.

Ripples with Our Finances

This is our first priority. Pathway has debt due to the first phase of our building project. The church building and land we now possess is an exciting step in the continued growth we anticipate in the years to come. We have a home that can develop and grow along with the church body. In order for us to focus more of our finances on the ministry opportunities and needs we come across, we need to greatly reduce this debt.

Ripples with Our Facility

There is a battle going on in our homes everyday. This is the battle for our youth. Our culture and the environment are changing at such a high speed and it is competing for the attention of our children. It will continue to be an ongoing battle and in order to win the hearts and attention of the youth, Pathway is continuing the development of the children’s and youth ministries. This development includes technical upgrades in the multi-purpose facility as well as the technical needs of the children’s ministries department to engage and capture the hearts of our youth.

Ripples with Our Grounds

Pathway has been blessed with the opportunity to possess 38 acres of land in this ever-growing community. Development of our property includes a campus that will serve not only the needs of PCC, but also the needs of those around us through sports and recreational ministries. A children’s playground will serve as a “front porch” to the neighbors of Pathway, as well as athletic fields that will help us focus on the families of northwest Allen County.

Ripples with Our Giving

Pathway has had the opportunity to be a partner for over five years with the Evangelical Church in Novi Sad, Serbia. With only 15,000 evangelical Christ followers in Serbia, new leadership, training, and discipleship must be intentional and immediate for this un-churched region. By assisting in the finances of church plants in Serbia, this can help save and enrich those in that region with the fellowship, growth, and spiritual development that the Kingdom desires. A portion of this campaign will also go to the future church planting efforts of Pathway Community Church alongside the Missionary Church denomination.
